Refund policy
Payment — Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Made-to-Order Pieces — JÆSMIN36 pieces are made to order and produced specifically for each client. Once production has commenced, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellations — An order may only be cancelled before production has commenced. Please contact JÆSMIN36 immediately if you wish to request a cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed for production.
Personalized & Altered Pieces — Engraved, personalized, resized, altered or otherwise customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect, an error by JÆSMIN36, or where required by applicable law.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces — Ready-to-ship pieces that have not been personalized or altered may be returned where applicable consumer law provides a right of return or withdrawal. Returned pieces must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, certificates and accompanying materials intact.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders — If a piece arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the order placed, please contact JÆSMIN36 as soon as possible. For transit damage, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain the original packaging. JÆSMIN36 will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Return Authorization — All returns must be approved by JÆSMIN36 before being shipped. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds — Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes — Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and related costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by JÆSMIN36.
Limited Editions — JÆSMIN36 designs are produced in limited editions. Once an edition has been allocated to an order, edition numbers cannot be changed, transferred or specifically requested unless agreed by JÆSMIN36.
